Regielyn Fajurano
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Regielyn Fajurano brings over a decade of experience in customer experience, people operations, compliance, human resources, and executive leadership. Her career began in customer service, where she developed a deep understanding of client relationships, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Through dedication and leadership, she progressed into roles including Customer Service Manager, HR Manager, Compliance Manager, Chief of Staff, and People Operations Manager. Having worked closely with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and growing organizations, Regielyn gained firsthand insight into the challenges companies face when scaling operations and building high-performing teams.
This experience inspired the creation of Ascendra Talent Solutions — a company built to help businesses access exceptional talent and operational support while maintaining quality, accountability, and a people-first culture.
